Communication:
The foundation of everything we do. Our client interaction
allows us to identify our customer’s needs and provides us with new
opportunities to expand our business. We will keep our customers informed and
involved. We will notify early and often relative to prepress/proofing
schedules, manufacturing/shipping dates as well as adhering to any special
correspondence requirements to accounting, shipping departments, etc.
We recognize that any lack of information on either side
of the vendor/client relationship can create missteps and delays. Our client
contacts will be kept abreast of potential problem issues and provided with
our recommendations as to achievable solutions. All pertinent information
(good or bad) will be communicated without delay.
Responsiveness:
We will effectively respond to our customer’s inquiries,
requests, concerns and special requirements. Once we have been notified by a
client that some action is required on their behalf, we will expedite to
resolve whatever issue needs attention. If immediate resolution is not
attainable, progress reports to specific issues will be communicated and
client consulted until an acceptable response can be facilitated.
Accountability:
We will take responsibility for each and every aspect of
our obligations, performance, and professional ethics. Our clients must be
able to depend on our conscientiousness.
The customer’s trust cannot be regained once lost and we must recognize
our duty to accept blame when warranted.
Effort:
We will always put forth the maximum amount of effort to
see a project through to a successful conclusion. We will not sacrifice our
customer’s products for the sake of expediency. Our quality driven philosophy
ensures our success and our clients gratitude. This area is critical to
customer satisfaction and one that everyone companywide can contribute to.
